RETURNS, REFUNDS AND ERRORS

Inspect your order

You should be present to inspect and accept your delivery. If the delivery appears damaged it should be refused. You may ask your delivery person if they will allow you to inspect the contents to see if the contents are damaged. If the contents are damaged refuse the entire shipment. It is not possible to get an adjustment or a partial credit when products have been damaged by the shipping company. In accepting a delivery you are acknowledging that it arrived in good condition.

Inspect the contents of your order to insure that all items are correct and accounted for. You have 7 days after acknowledgement of delivery to report an error in the shipment or an error in your ordering. We will be unable to process a return and refund after that time.

Order problems and returns

If you realize that there is a problem with an order you placed contact us by phone immediately. It is much easier to correct an order before it has shipped.

If there is a problem with your order contact IPS by phone within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a Return Merchandise Authorization. Once a Return Merchandise Authorization is issued, you will have 10 days within which to have the product delivered to IPS. The item(s) must be in new, unopened and re-sellable condition when received by IPS. It will be inspected and you will be contacted with 48 hours of our receipt if there are any problems.

If there is a problem with your order and it is clearly our mistake or a mistake on the part of our warehouses; we will make it right, at no cost to you and as painlessly as possible.

Manufacturers warranty apply on all items and are the responsibility of the manufactuer and not IPS.

Please note that once a product has been delivered to you, you are soley responsible for the items until they are safely returned to IPS. If there is a problem with an invoice for any reason, you Must contact us within 15 days of receipt of the invoice to report any problems. Shortages, mis-ships, or errors must be within 15 days.
PRINTERS - Most wide-format printers are heavy and are delivered by freight companies. Printers may NOT be returned if the inks have been installed in the printer, as all of the inks would have to be drained prior to shipping the printer back, and then an entire new set of inks would have to be replaced. We do not allow returns for printers for reasons of merchantablitly or fitness of purpose. You should research any printers prior to purchasing to make sure they meet your requirements. If there is a problem with your printer, the manufacturer's warranty and terms apply. If any printer returns are authorized, you will be responsible for the cost of both the inbound and outbound freight costs for the printer and a restocking charge of up to 40% due to the logistics of shippng and stocking a wide format printer. If an RMA is authorized for a printer, the printer must be in its original box and orignal packacking including the pallet it was attached to.

Refund terms

IPS will refund to customer the full amount paid for the item(s) purchased less the following:

1.Customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping back to IPS.
2.If the item(s) were shipped with free shipping from IPS, the cost IPS incurred to ship the items will be deducted.
3.Customer paid shipping shall not be refunded.
4.IPS shall deduct a restocking fee equal to 10% to 40% of the value of the returned items.

Payment of refund

If you paid by credit card, your card will be credited with your refund within 5 business days of Return Merchandise Acceptance. If you paid by cash, check, or bank wire transfer, IPS will issue you a check for your refund within 5 business days of Return Merchandise Acceptance.
